All prices are in UK £'s. We accept all major Credit and Debit cards. We also accept cash, cheques and bank transfers.
Trade-ins and exchanges are welcome. We can hold guitars for 30-days with a 10% non-refundable deposit. If you change your mind any unused deposits can be used as credit against another item for up to 45 days.
We ship worldwide fully insured at customer's expense. Local pickup is always welcome. International customers please note: VAT, special duties or other charges related to shipping are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns: We work hard to make your purchase a pleasurable experience. If on receipt you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must notify us within 24 hours. We will refund your money as soon as the merchandise is returned to us in the same condition as when shipped. Customer is responsible for all shipping, insurance and bank charges that may occur. Instrument must be returned within 7 days.
