Description

Gibson ES 175D 1954 Natural SOLD

Had this a long time. Is it time to sell? I am not sure.

Rare guitar. According to Gibson shipping records there were only 129 ES 175D Natural guitars shipped in 1954.

Complete with original Lifton case. Damage to jack socket area where the wood has been damaged, had a metal plate fitted at one time. I took it off becasue it spoilt the look of the guitar but it is still fragile. There is a hairline headstock crack. See pictures. It is stable. I do not think there is need for repair but it is there. It is a great guitar.

Width at nut: 43.42mm. 12th Fret: 53.28

Depth at 3rd fret: 24.81mm 12th fret 25.34.

Please note: If outside the EU a CITES certificate will be required which would be an additional cost. CITES is all about protecting endangered species of wood. IE. Rosewood. If you do not know about CITES there is a lot of good information on Reverb about it.

Stock Status: 1 Units in Stock
